About Us

Cheshire, OR Roof Inspection provides roof inspection and roof certification in Cheshire, OR, Oregon. West of the Cascades, Oregon roofs stay wet for months. Moss grows thick on shaded shingles in Portland, Salem and Eugene, lifts tabs and holds water against the roof. Clogged gutters and valleys are common.

East of the mountains, Bend and the high desert see snow, sun and wildfire risk. Our roof inspection checks moss damage, lifted shingles, gutter and valley condition, and attic moisture and ventilation. In fire areas we check debris and roof covering. We also provide pre-purchase roof inspection and roof leak diagnosis in Oregon.
